Friends of Rye Scouting, Inc. is a New York non-profit corporation operating exclusively for educational and charitable purposes and exempt from federal income taxes as a Private Foundation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3. We are registered with the State of New York Office of the Attorney General’s Charities Bureau and approved by the New York State Department of Taxation & Finance as exempt from state and local sales and use taxes as well as corporate franchise taxes.
